1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AllDayFlo ("the Platform") at alldayflo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What AllDayFlo Is

AllDayFlo is a building operations management platform that provides maintenance request tracking, AI-assisted repair diagnosis, COI document pre-screening, building inspection tools, and resident communication features.

AllDayFlo is a software tool. It is not a licensed contractor, insurance professional, engineer, or legal advisor.

3. AI Disclaimer — Important

⚠️ AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind. Building staff must apply professional judgment before acting on any AI recommendation. For emergencies involving safety, fire, flooding, gas leaks, or medical situations — call 911 immediately. Do not rely on this platform for emergency response.

COI review is a document pre-screening tool only — AllDayFlo does not verify the authenticity or active status of any insurance policy. Always confirm coverage with the issuing broker before authorizing contractor access
AllDayFlo is not liable for damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content

4. User Responsibilities

Building Staff agree to use the platform only for legitimate building operations, apply professional judgment to all AI recommendations, and maintain confidentiality of staff access credentials.

Residents agree to provide accurate information when submitting maintenance requests and use the platform only for legitimate building-related communications.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use AllDayFlo to submit false requests, harass other users, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

AllDayFlo LLC provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. AllDayFlo LLC's total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 3 months. AllDayFlo LLC is not responsible for actions taken based on AI-generated recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

AllDayFlo, its logo, features, AI systems, and underlying technology are the property of AllDayFlo LLC and are protected by U.S. patent law (Application #64/065,776), copyright, and trade secret law.

8. Privacy

Your use of AllDayFlo is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
